A 80-as évek Magyarországán egy fiatal házaspár Isztambulból csempész farmert és aranyat. Egyik ilyen útjukat elejétől végéig rögzítették. 40 évvel később a csempészek fia, a film rendezője az anyjával ül le újranézni a családi felvételeket, házasságról, válásról és a szerelemről beszélgetve.

From Flowerdust to Turkish Honey

VHS, a flowershop and smuggled goods from Istambul. Love in the 80s of Hungary. A personal family archive shows the parents of the filmmaker in their 20s as a freshly married couple. Besides their flowershop, they also had a side hussle. They were smuggle tourists. Going on trips back and forth between Hungary and Istambul they were selling denim and gold. One of these trips got captured on a VHS tape. The camera recorded not only their adventure, but also the beginning of a challanging marriage lasting 40 years until today. In the present the parents son sits down with his mother to watch the footage and talk about marriage, divorce and love as the son is also about to get married.
